As a user of Opale, you agree to:

Pricing: €29 per AI Identity Card generation

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Refunds: Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been fully utilized

Currency: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR)

Taxes: Prices include applicable VAT for EU customers

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you submit for analysis

Our Service: Opale and its technology are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Generated Content: AI Identity Cards and optimization reports generated by our service are provided for your use under these terms

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the generated content for your business purposes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPALE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Actions that may harm our service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
